A sunny day at East Riddlesden Hall

The great thing about some wedding venues is that you get to go back after your big day. If you’re planning a wedding and want this to be a factor, then East Riddlesden Hall in West Yorkshire is a great pick.

It’s a National Trust site with an on-site café (but you can bring a picnic if you like!), historical hall, beautiful gardens, natural play area and there’s free parking. It’s around £6 per adult if you’re not an NT member, and you could definitely spend at least half a day there when it’s good weather.

The café has a lovely and simple menu of sandwiches and jack potatoes with various fillings, plus scones and other lovely baked goods. There’s also a good range of gluten-free options too but be aware it’s not a gluten-free kitchen.

Here’s a few snaps from my recent visit…
