I first met Danni and Reece back in 2020 as she was a bridesmaid and he was a groomsmen for one of my lovely couples (Tom & Anissa) from 2020. Fast-forward a couple of years and Danni & Reece asked me to do the flowers for their wedding – it was so nice to get to see them again and be working with them! From the first phone call and our coffee date, I was absolutely in love with their wedding theme. D&R decided to go for an autumn theme with it being an October wedding, their love of all of those fantastic seasonal colours, and it being their favourite time of year.
There are so many amazing autumnal flowers and foliage in season in October, so the couple really had their pick of tones and textures. We took things a little further by mixing fresh and dried stems, bringing even more options to the table. Amongst their stems were fresh cappuccino roses, waxflower, brown scabious, hypericum, oak leaves, ruscus, eucalyptus, fern, seagrass and more!
