Today and tomorrow is the Sweet Pea weekend at RHS Harlow Carr, so it was the perfect excuse to make the most of my membership card.
Me and my mum made our way up to the gardens and headed straight to the centre for the Sweet Pea display. The room was full of pinks, purples and whites, with every different shape and variety you could think of.
The Sweet Pea Society was a so there, selling seeds and offering advice to everyone enjoying the displays. You could also buy Sweet Pea jar arrangements on the way out which was a really lovely touch.
After we’d been to the event, I took my mum for a stroll around the gardens (a first time visit for her!) and we treated ourselves to a Betty’s lunch.
The show is still on tomorrow so do head up if you fancy taking a look at some lovely sweet peas.
