My favourite Etsy sellers

This year one of my main goals is to support independent businesses and spread the word to get friends and family doing the same. So when it comes to holidays and birthdays I’m trying to use Etsy as much as possible.

Etsy markets itself as the ‘global marketplace for unique and creative goods’, making it the perfect place to find unique handmade items and vintage finds. Whether you’re looking for the perfect gift for an avid reader or something special for a new mum, Etsy really does have everything.

To help share the independent love I wanted to highlight a few of my favourite Etsy sellers – ones I buy from quite frequently and ones I’ll be ordering from in the near future.

My first spot has to go to Suzanne who runs ArtStamped which I mentioned in my recent post about homemade stamp art.

I’ve put in a handful of orders with her, big and small, in the last 18 months or so and she is just the most lovely person to deal with. She works really hard to help find exactly what you’re looking for and no matter how niche (vintage Isle of Man stamps is probably my most difficult request so far!) and the service is excellent.

You can also find her on Instagram – her feed is super lovely!

Next up is Jessica from the Little Homebird Studio, who makes the most amazing pieces of personalised jewellery.

I came across Jessica’s shop last year when I was using an Etsy gift card I’d been given for my birthday and was looking to treat myself to some new jewellery. My first order was so lovely that I ended up putting in another order just a week later!

You can tell Jessica has a genuine love for her craft and her pieces show that off perfectly. From her customer service to the beautiful way her parcels are packaged up, every step of the process is flawless.

I ordered myself a little Gilmore Girls inspired bracelet and a couple of other bits. I couldn’t be happier with my orders!

There’s a couple of print store I haven’t yet ordered from but I’m hoping to soon. I’m obsessed with the ‘what would’ postcards from Rihanna Fowler – from Lorelai Gilmore to Leia Organa, she has some lovely prints that I can already see in my future home office/studio.

Becka Griffin has a range of fantastic cards and prints on her Etsy store. Whenever someone’s birthday is coming up her page is the first place I go. There’s loads of amazing and unique products on her shop and the quality is top notch.

This year make it your mission to shop at more independent stores, online and when you’re out and about.
